He began his career in roles ranging from Night Janitorial Foreman to Supervisor, overseeing cleaning operations in high-rise office buildings and ensuring consistent quality and service excellence.

Today, Victor serves as Senior District Manager, leading our team of District Managers. He is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of industry professionals. Through his guidance, he ensures that every account receives the highest standards of service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
